This Letter of Intent outlines the basic terms for custom music production services provided by Ali Prod. It serves as a non-binding framework between the artist (client) and Ali Prod (seller) prior to a formal contract. Key terms include:

• Scope of Services: Custom beat production, mixing, and mastering by Ali Prod.
   
• Ownership: The client receives full ownership of the final work — including distribution, monetization, and commercial rights — with no attribution or royalties owed to Ali Prod unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Legal Responsibility: If the client provides any outside samples or audio, Ali Prod is not responsible for any copyright issues that may arise from their use.
   
• Not a Collaboration: This agreement does not constitute a feature or co-release unless a separate agreement is signed.
   
• Deposit Structure: Total project cost is split into a deposit and a final payment, both scheduled in advance.
   

This agreement protects both the artist and the producer while keeping creative rights and responsibilities clearly defined.
